You work hard. The world is full of smart and skilled people, but we’d prefer those that know how to put in an honest day’s work. All the smarts and skills you need can be achieved with hard work.
The company vision connects with you and you promote our values. Yes, we expect our team to have integrity. Growth is important, but not at the cost of our values and customers.
You are admittedly human. Yes, we know you’ll make mistakes. We don’t expect perfection. However, we don’t want people that make excuses for their mistakes or put blame on others. If you can own up to and correct your mistakes, you can be a good fit.
