If for some reason you’ve given our support team access to your Infusionsoft account, and you no longer with for us to be able to access it, use this article to learn how to remove Graphly as an Infusionsoft Partner.
Step 1: Go to Users
Click the infusionsoft icon and select Users on the right hand side under the Admin section.
Step 2: Click Marketing Mavens
Select the profile with the email Mavens@marketingmavens.com. Make sure you select whatever is in the name column. It should say Marketing Mavens.
Step 3: Deactivate
Now select Deactivate to remove Graphly as a User on your account.
