How to Set Up the FYF – Outbound Calls Goal Report

The FYF – Outbound Calls Goal template allows you to set a goal for a number of outbound calls placed and see your progress towards it.

Chart Tab

From the chart tab you’ll see it is set up as a solid gauge.

Solid gauge is the only option.

Options Tab

First, we can select the date range.

Last 7 days set as the date range.

Next, we will input our goal.

Goal field, empty.

Most users choose to leave the progress colors percentages the same, but they are customizable should you want to change them.

Criteria Builder Tab

For ultimate control and customization, use the Criteria Builder.
