How to set up the Time Between Notes Report

The Time Between Notes report allows you to see the time between notes that get applied. You can see the average as well as a bread down to see the details.

Display Tab

You can choose Column or Bar as display types for this report.

Note Pairs

The first thing you will need to do is create a search that contains criteria for two separate notes. Enter the requirements for Note 1 in the pair, Note 2 in the pair, and then give the pair a clear label. You’ll also want to set an outlier for a set number of days to exclude any contacts that took an unusually long time to progress from being counted in the results. Repeat this process for as many note pairs as you would like.

Time Between

You can set the time difference between note applications to be appear as Minutes, Hours, or Days.

First Note in Pair Created (date range)

This date range will exclude any contacts who received the first note in the pair from the report.

Filters Tab

For ultimate control and customization, use Filters to include additional rules and requirements to the report.

Once you have your everything set, click Save changes on this report.
