This template gives you a current snapshot by showing a total number of tags that meet certain criteria. Then, in addition to seeing your current numbers, Graphly will compare your current performance to a previous cycle. It will also display your Goal, Average Performance, and Best Performance.
Setting Up the Tag Counter Report
To begin, click the “+” icon on the Dashboard and type “counter” into the search bar. Then select the “Tag Counter” template.
Clicking each of the checkboxes will display something different in the chart. In the top-left is the Trend, top-right is your Goal, lower-left is the Average which takes the last six cycles into consideration, and lower-right is your Best Performance which takes the last twelve cycles into consideration.
Navigate to the “Options” Tab and select your Time Frame options. If you choose the Just see current results option, you will lose the ability to have the Trend, Average, and Best Performance values displayed.
Next choose your Trend Analysis options.
Then select the tags you want to track along with the Goal and Objective. Note that Graphly uses the Objective setting to determine the Best Performance as well as the Trend.
Criteria Builder
For ultimate control and customization, use the “Criteria Builder” to include additional rules and requirements to the report. With this you can filter your results by any field on the contact record.
Once you have your everything set, click “Save Preferences” on This Widget.
